About this role

JOB DESCRIPTION

 
  • Introduce and advise customers on information related to the company’s travel products: group tours, private tours, visa and passport services, cooking class tours, café tours, etc.
  • Build customized travel programs based on customer requirements and follow the sales process in the business department (selling tours to international customers).
  • Provide timely updates to customers on pricing, promotions, and offers.
  • Build, manage, update, and take care of assigned customers.
  • Directly interact with customers and partners to answer questions and meet their needs via social media (e.g., WhatsApp, Skype, Line, KakaoTalk, etc.), email, or phone.
  • Record customer feedback, concerns, and complaints, and address them promptly.
  • Work with the operations department to fulfill the services promised to customers.
  • Propose and implement customer appreciation programs to ensure the best experiences for customers.
  • Proactively seek new customers and potential agents.
  • Collaborate with organizations, companies, schools, and client conferences to promote the company’s brand and services.
  • Perform other tasks as required by the Director and in line with the company’s goals.
  • Receive tasks from the Leadership Team, aimed at achieving the overall goals.
 

REQUIREMENTS

 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Foreign Languages, or related fields.
  • Male/Female with at least 3 years of experience in the position of Inbound Tour Sales (selling tours to international customers).
  • Proficiency in English; additional foreign languages are a plus.
  • Pleasant appearance, quick-witted, with a good sense of aesthetics (a plus).
  • Proficiency in office software: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong customer persuasion skills and the ability to negotiate with partners.
  • Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude, easy-going, open-minded, honest, dynamic, and decisive personality.
  • Good knowledge of customer needs and expectations.
  • Eagerness to learn and improve professional skills.
  • Familiar with both domestic and outbound travel destinations.
  • Proactive and creative at work, with the ability to make improvements within their role or department and new business ideas.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
