DETAILS ITINERARY

Day 1: Arrival in Siem Reap & Angkor Exploration


  • Cycling: 25–30 km.

  • Riding Level : Easy

  • Arrival in Siem Reap and introduction to your cycling guide. Visit the Angkor temple complex by bike and explore hidden paths around the temples. Learn about Khmer history and cultural heritage.

  • Overnight in a locally operated hotel in Siem Reap.



Day 2: Cycling to Tonle Sap Lake Communities


  • Cycling: 45–55 km.

  • Riding Level : Moderate

  • Cycle through rice fields and rural villages toward Tonle Sap Lake. Visit a floating or stilted village and observe daily life connected to the water ecosystem. Interact with local families and learn about sustainable fishing practices.

  • Overnight in Siem Reap.



Day 3: Siem Reap to Kampong Thom Countryside


  • Cycling: 60–70 km.

  • Riding Level : Moderate to Challenging

  • Transfer south and cycle through peaceful countryside roads. Visit the Sambor Prei Kuk temple complex and small farming communities. Engage with locals and observe traditional livelihoods.

  • Overnight in Kampong Thom.



Day 4: Rural Cambodia to Phnom Penh


  • Cycling: 55–65 km.

  • Riding Level : Moderate

  • Continue cycling through villages and farmland toward Cambodia’s capital. Stop at local markets and community areas for cultural insight. Arrival in Phnom Penh and free time to explore.

  • Overnight in Phnom Penh.


Day 5: Phnom Penh & Mekong River Crossing


  • Cycling: 30–40 km.

  • Riding Level: Easy

  • Morning cultural visit in Phnom Penh followed by a scenic boat journey along the Mekong River into Vietnam. Observe river life and cross-border cultural connections.

  • Overnight in Chau Doc.


Day 6: Mekong Delta Village Cycling


  • Cycling: 60–70 km.

  • Riding Level: Moderate

  • Cycle through quiet Mekong Delta villages, orchards, and rice farms. Meet local families and learn about agriculture and river-based livelihoods. Use small ferries to cross canals.

  • Overnight in Long Xuyen.


Day 7: Rural Delta to Can Tho


  • Cycling: 55–65 km.

  • Riding Level: Moderate

  • Ride shaded countryside routes and visit a bird sanctuary or farming community. Experience daily life along canals and waterways.

  • Overnight in Can Tho.


Day 8: Floating Market & Island Cycling


  • Cycling: 45–55 km.

  • Riding Level: Moderate

  • Morning boat trip to a floating market to observe traditional trading culture. Continue cycling through islands and Khmer communities, visiting temples and small workshops.

  • Overnight in a local bungalow or guesthouse.


Day 9: Ben Tre Coconut Region to Ho Chi Minh City


  • Cycling: 45–55 km.

  • Riding Level: Moderate

  • Final cycling through coconut groves and small family enterprises. Learn about traditional production methods before transferring to Ho Chi Minh City.
